LESLEY GALLAGHER, DIRECTOR - Lesley started her career as a
professional dancer working in
theaters and nightclubs in Europe and the Middle East before
emigrating to the U.S. from Scotland. Since
landing on our shores she has taught dance, choreographed
numerous musicals and performed in musical
theater. She eventually combined her musical theater skills and
took on the role of Director. Some of the
theaters she has worked with are Podium Players, Repertory
Theatre of New Britain, CT Gilbert & Sullivan
Society, Oddfellows Playhouse, Theater Guild of Simsbury,
Theater Newington OnStage and Co1chester
Community Theater.
DONNA SCHAFFER, MUSICAL DIRECTOR-- Donna is the founder and
director of the Summit Studios
Performing Arts Center in Manchester. She holds a BM from the
University of Michigan and a MM from the
University of Connecticut. She has served on the faculties of
the University of Connecticut's Department of
Music, the Ethel Walker School, the Young People's Institute,
and as music director for C.A.S.T., Inc. She was
recently named Director of the education program for the
prestigious Natchez Music Festival in Mississippi.
Donna has appeared as a soloist with the New York City Choral
Society, the International Dickens Society, the
Lenox Summer Series, the Manchester Chorale, and the Northeast
Concert Choir. Her operatic appearances
include performances with the Opera Theatre of Connecticut,
Crystal Opera, Opera New England and New York
Opera Forum.
TOM GOODIN, STAGE MANAGER-- Tom was Stage Manager for this
season's Noises Off and The Last
Night of Ballyhoo, Wild Mushrooms, and serves on the L TM Board
of Directors. He appeared on stage as the
Father in last years Best Christmas Pageant Ever, and is the
proud real life father of Katie Goodin (Ensemble),
and Michael Edmund Goodin (Spider).
Diane Lareau AmEnde (Ensemble, Upper Class) is pleased to be
making her LTM debut. After a lengthy
hiatus from the stage, Diane recently appeared as a
Pick-a-Little Lady in The Music Man with St. Martha's
Players and as Mrs. Phagan in Parade with Rocky Hill Town
Theatre. Diane is a cookbook author and cooking
instructor who resides in Manchester with her husband and two
children.
Art Bradbury (Poole l Father), a veteran LTMer, has appeared in
Showboat as Cap'n Andy, Secret Garden as
an Old English Gardener, Funny Thing Happened at the Forum as
Senexis, and My Fair Lady as Alfred P.
Doolittle. With the Manchester Musical Players, he has appeared
in Oklahoma as Andrew Carnes.
Chuck Burns (General Lord Glossop) was last seen in the Rocky
Hill Town Theatre production of Parade as
Judge Roan/Old Soldier. He is also a member of the South Windsor
Community Chorus and a "Dancing Dad"
at the American Dance Academy.
Kristin Leigh Chabot (Lucy Harris) returns to LTM, having
performed in their productions of Show Boat and No
Way to Treat a Lady. Ms. Chabot received her Bachelor's Degree
in Vocal Performance from the University of
Connecticut and is currently a Master's Degree candidate at the
New England Conservatory of Music in Boston.
Favorite opera roles at UCONN include Susanna in Marriage of
Figaro, Miss Silverpeal in The Impresario, and
Celie in Signor Deluso. Her operetta career includes the roles
of Mabel in Pirates of Penzance, Casilda in The
Gondoliers, Lady Saphir in Patience and Rose Maybud in Ruddigore
for which she won Connecticut's Eugene
O'Neill award for best actress in a Musical Production. Her
musical theater credits include Anna Leonowens in
The King and I, Eva Peron in Evita, Julie La Verne in Show Boat
as well as Rosemary in How to Succeed in
Business without Really Trying, and the Narrator in Joseph and
the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
Stacy Constantine (Ensemble, Upper Class) is making her LTM
debut. She has appeared as Oliver in Oliver,
the Chef in Cinderella, and the Barber in Man of La Mancha. She
has also performed with the Waterford Week
Players in Pal Joey.
Darlene Davis (Ensemble, Upper Class), an accomplished dancer,
is making her L TM debut. Darlene has
performed and costumed many productions with the Theatre Guild
of Simsbury over the past 11 years, as well
as with Manchester Musical Players, Rocky Hill Town Theatre, and
The Warner Theatre.
Tom Deffenbaugh (Simon Stride) is making his LTM debut. He has
performed in Jekyll & Hyde as Spider and
Frankie Epps in Parade with the Rocky Hill Town Theater. He
performs with his band "Yesterday's Children",
and is manager and co-owner of Summit Studios Performing Arts
Center in Manchester.
Thad Dymkowski (Bisset/ensemble) makes his LTM debut. He
previously performed for CCSU Theater Dept.
and Little Theater of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania in numerous
shows, including Antigone (Chorus), Midsummer
Night's Dream (Oberon), Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor
Dreamcoat (the goat/ensemble), Oliver (Noah
Claypool/ensemble), Fame (Bruno Martelli), and others.
Jennifer Forino (Ensemble, Lower Class, Red Rat Girl) returns to
L TM, after performing the role of Ethel in
George M. She received her Bachelor of Music in Vocal
Performance from UConn in 1999. She has performed
with many local theatre groups including, RHTT and Newington
Theatre OnStage.
James Gauld (Priest/Middle Class) is making his LTM debut. He
sings with the Mystic River Chorale and
Chamber Singers. He has sung with the Eastern Connecticut
Symphony Chorus, and in Amahl and the Night
Visitors with the CT Lyric Opera.
Katie Goodin (Ensemble, Lower Class, Red Rat Barmaid) returns to
L TM after appearing in Showboat, The
Christmas Show, and as Amanda in The Moon Over the Brewery. Past
credits include Beatrice in Much Ado
About Nothing, and The Fairy Godmother in Cinderella. She is a
student at RHAM High School where she will
portray Smike in Nicholas Nickleby.
Michael Edmund Goodin (Spider, Production Manager) returns to
LTM after performing as Michael in The
Complete Works of William Shakespeare, and Tom in Noises Off. He
is a graduate of the Greater Hartford
Academy of the Arts in Drama and Directing. He serves on the LTM
Board of Directors.
Samuel Greene (Lord Herbert Savage) returns to LTM after
appearing in George M. He has recently
performed with the Southington Community Theater, Montage
Theater Company, Manchester Musical Players,
UConn Gilbert & Sullivan Productions, and Easy Does It
Productions. He also sings at nursing homes and
senior centers with the Beethoven Chorus, volunteers as an "On
Air Reader" with CRIS (the radio reading
service for the blind), and is a LTM volunteer usher.
Roberta Hatch (Upper Class) returns to LTM after playing Madame
Grimaldi in George M. She has also been
in A Christmas Carol, My Fair Lady, Singin' In The Rain, Mame,
Follies, 42nd Street, and All The Way Home.
Roberta has worked in theater for over 25 years.
Charlie Horton (Lower Class, Red Rat Girl) is making her L TM
debut. She is a senior at RHAM High School,
where she is involved with Trigon, drama club, and Encore Select
Women's Chorus. With MMP, she was
Frederika in A Little Night Music, and Kiss Me Kate. With AHM
Summer Youth Theater, she was Erzulie,
Godess of Love, in Once On This Island.
Patricia Pesticci Jarvis (Lady Beaconsfield) can be found behind
the scenes directing for the Newington
Parks and Recreation Department's Youth Theatre Program. She
directed her children in the lead roles of
Marian Paroo and Harold Hill in The Music Man. Patty is a
preschool teacher in Newington where she resides
with her husband Michael and their two children.
Marika J. Kraus (Emma Carew) is making her LTM debut. She is
currently an instructor of piano and voice at
Summit Studios. She has worked locally, music directing Fiddler
on the Rooffor Rocky Hill High School and
recently performed in a production of Parade with RHTT. Mrs.
Kraus earned her MM in vocal performance from
Ithaca College after completing her BM with a minor in acting
from Millikin University. Her stage experience
includes leading roles in operas, straight plays and musical
theatre productions across the country such as
Amahl and the Night Visitors (Mother & Amahl), Le nozze di
Figaro (Marcellina), and See How They Run
(Penelope Toop) as well as Oliver! (Nancy) and Anything Goes
(Reno).
Jenna Levitt (Ensemble, Upper Class) made her musical debut at
Hall High School in West Hartford as a
soloist for the Pops and Jazz show. After taking vocal lessons
at Ithaca College, she got back into performance
a few years ago in Annie with the Plainville Choral Society.
Jenna went on to playa lead role in Smokey Joe's
Cafe and Eve in Children of Eden. Jekyll & Hyde is Jenna's LTM
debut.
Scott Lindley (NewsboylButler at party) is enjoying his first
experience with L TM. His past performances
include Teen Angle in Grease, Judah in Joseph And The Amazing
Technicolor Dream Coat, Dan in Joseph...,
and a story teller in Once On This Island. Scott is currently an
eighth grader at RHAM Middle School and hopes
to attend The Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts next year.
Emily Mazotas (Lower Class, Red Rat Girl) returns to L ThI after
her appearance as Meg in Actor's Nightmare.
A student of Daniel Webster College, she was in the DWC Theatre
Guild's productions of A Moon Over Buffalo
as Charlotte, and Arsenic and Old Lace as Martha.
Lynne Mazotas (Nellie/Lower Class) began her acting career at
fifteen when she played the Gypsy Fortune
Teller in Skin of Our Teeth. Throughout the years she has played
The Nurse in Streetcar Named Desire, Mrs
Upson in Auntie Mame, Lettitia Primrose in On the Twentieth
Century, and the Wicked Witch in Wizard of OZ
and has appeared in numerous other local plays. In 2003 she
appeared as Lady Beaconsfield in Jekyll and
Hyde and is now thrilled to be trying her hand at the seedier
Nellie alongside her daughter Emily.
Sara McMillan (Ensemble, Lower Class, Red Rat Barmaid) is making
her L TM debut. She graduated from
Rhode Island College with a B.A in Musical Theater. While
performing with RIC's Touring Theatre she also found
time to do numerous shows within the community. Some of her
favorite roles include: Sister Mary Leo in
Nunsense, Nurse in Romeo and Juliet, Sheila in Murder at Cafe
Noir, Gymnasia in A Funny Thing Happened at
the Forum, and the Narrator in Stingiest Man in Town.
Jim Metzler (Sir Danvers Carew) returns to LTM, having appeared
as Steve Baker in Showboat. Jim has
been seen on-stage in two area Broadway revues, countless
karaoke shows, and most recently as Tom in the
premiere of In Good Spirits at the Broad Brook Opera House.
Earlier this year, Jim played Pharaoh for the St.
Martha Players production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor
Dreamcoat and was an ensemble member
in Kiss Me Kate with the Manchester Musical Players. Other roles
include Jacey Squires in The Music Man, Bert
Barry in 42nd St., and Mr. Erlanson in A Little Night Music.
Kathleen O'Neil (Ensemble, Lower Class, Red Rat Girl) returns to
LTM after appearing in George M. Most
recently she performed in Meriden, performing improv with The
Diversion.
Angela Piccoli (Ensemble, Lower Class, Red Rat Girl) is making
her L TM debut. She is a student at the
Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts and Stafford High. She has
been Rizzo in Grease, Bebe in A Chorus Line,
Adelaide in Guys and Dolls, and Asaka in Otice On This Island.
Korinn Scoville (Ensemble, Upper Class), a Junior at Manchester
High School, is happy to be back with LTM.
She is a member of the MHS Jazz Choir, and The Roundtable
Singers and Sock n° Buskin. She performed with
the Hartt School of Music, LTM's Rascal Rep, CAST, Music Makers,
the Burton Dance Studio, and Summit
Studios. Favorite roles include Baby Louise in Gypsy, and Vera
in Mame.
Carlos A Silva (Bishop of Basingstoke) is making his LTM debut.
He is a graduate of the University of
Connecticut in Music and English literature and a Masters Degree
in Music Education. Carlos has been Pedrillo
in Abduction from the Seraglio, Andreas in Tales of Hoffman, Des
Grieux in Manon, Basilio in Marriage of
Figaro, and many others with the UConn Opera department. In
addition, Carlos has played Frederick in the
UConn Community Production of Pirates of Penzance.
Jason Stammen (Sir Archibald Proops) is happy to make his
Connecticut debut. An Ohio native, Jason has
earned a vocal performance degree form Baldwin- Wallace College
in Berea Ohio. He has appeared in wide
range of shows; his favorite roles include the title role in
Gianni Schicchi, Valentine in Babes in Arms, and
Charlie Brown in You're a Good Man Charlie Brown.
Christopher Stone (Henry Jekyll/Edward Hyde) returns to the
LTM stage. Since his debut as Sky Masterson in
Guys & Dolls, he has been Dr. Craven in The Secret Garden, Miles
Gloriosus in .. . Forum, Capt. Randolph in A
Few Good Men, and the voice of the Plant in Little Shop of
Horrors. He has also appeared with the
Manchester
Musical Players--for whom he currently serves as
President--as Julian Marsh in 42nd Street, Jasper in The
Mystery of Edwin Drood, FredlPetruccio in Kiss Me, Kate, Sir
Evelyne in Anything Goes, and Mr. Snow in
Carousel. Chris directed MMP's productions of 42nd Street and A
Little Night Music and also directs their
summer cabaret. He has appeared with the Producing Guild as
Michael in I Do, I Do, Valentin in Kiss of the
Spider Woman, Alfred/Lenny in Romance/Romance, and Carl Magnus
in A Little Night Music, among others.
Bryan Welnicki (Ensemble, Lower Class/Newsboy/Man 1 Party Guest)
is making his L TM debut. Bryan is a
sophomore at MHS, where he performs in the drama club,
Roundtable Singers, and Jazz Choir. He has
appeared in CAST's productions of Annie Get Your Gun (Charlie),
The Wiz (Lion), and MHS productions of My
Fair Lady, You Can't Take it With You (Mr. Kirby), and RHTP's
production of Parade.
John-Michael Whitney (John Uterson) is making his LTM debut.
John-Michael has performed extensively
throughout the state. His favorite roles to date include Juan
Peron in Evita, Britt Craig in Parade, Motel Kamzoil
in Fiddle on the Roof, the Padre in Man of LaMancha, and Roger
in Grease. John-Michael is currently producing
a cabaret act to be performed statewide.
Nathan Zebedeo (EnsembleINewsboylMan 2 Party Guest) returns to L
TM for his third production. He is a
Senior at East Catholic High School, and was Mordred in their
production of Camelot.

the citizens of River City, Iowa that he can teach
their children to play in a magnificent marching band. But Hill
doesn't count on falling in love with the town
